Milena Smith MD, PhD

I am a board-certified psychiatrist in practice for nearly 20 years. My specialty is women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry, but I enjoy working with adults with a variety of conditions. I am an Instructor at The Johns Hopkins Department of Psychiatry, where I teach residents about psychotherapy and reproductive psychiatry. My residency training was at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, my M.D. is from the University of California, San Francisco, Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and B.A. from Harvard University. I have written book chapters and articles on women's mental health, and enjoy giving talks to professional audiences and the general public.
